From Monday 15th July Cherwell District Council will be asking residents to confirm or update their details on the electoral register.
All households will receive a Household Enquiry Form (HEF), addressed to the occupier, which will contain the details of the all those in the household who are registered to vote.
The form will request that someone living at the address confirm that the details on the form are still correct, or that up-to-date information about anyone eligible to vote living at the property be provided.
Residents can respond online, by phone, by text message or by post.
Responses are required by Thursday 15th August 2019.
