Oxfordshire County Council are proposing to construct the following features on White Post Road, to help improve pedestrian and pedal cyclist safety in the area:
A Toucan crossing (signal-controlled crossing for use by both pedestrians and pedal cyclists) at the following location –
White Post Road – approx. 152* metres south of its roundabout junction with Sycamore Drive, in place of the existing Puffin crossing.
A Tiger crossing (Zebra crossing with parallel cycle crossing facilities) at the following location –
White Post Road – approx. 75* metres south of its roundabout junction with Sycamore Drive.
* All dimensions are approximate, taken from the centre of the junction to the centre of the feature.
