12.00pm – Food demo 2: Azmat Khaliq shows different ways to prepare tasty Pakistani-style bhajis
 
12.30pm – Riki Therivel introduces the idea of a community fridge for Banbury
 
12.45pm – Free lunch, including Indian, Polish, Malaysian & Mexican dishes
 
1.30pm – Business panel discussion on Banbury’s food industries, with Veronica Dwirah from Roni’s Jams, John Butcher of Newlyweds Foods, Mike Hirons of Produce Warriors, and Amy Lance of HelloFresh
 
2.00pm – Food stories – a chat with local food heroes Silvia Alvarado and the legendary Paddy of Buzzy Beans Coffee
 
2.30pm – Emma Boisselle explains what she does as Community Champion for Morrisons supermarket in Banbury
 
2.40pm – Feed Your Mind – panel discussion on food and community in Banbury, with Cherwell councillor Sean Woodcock, Sarah Williams from the food bank, Balbir Dhesi, president of Banbury’s Sikh gurdwara, Valerie Richards of Banbury Food for Charities, and consumer food waste expert Helen White
