Why are there no free Residents tickets this year?
This was carefully considered. The cost of putting on an event like BodFest has increased year on year and due to the costs we had to make the decision to charge an entry fee for all.

There are four of us in our house who want the Residents tickets?
This offer is strictly limited to two tickets per household.

Why has the price of entry increased since last year?
The price has been discussed at length as a committee and we have taken external advice on costings. The cost of putting on BodFest has increased year on year and all information was considered before formulating this years pricing structure. BodFest is run as a Non Profit organisation.

Where is BodFest’18?
BodFest’18 is ‘coming home’ for its 18th Birthday and takes place in Kingsfield Bodicote this year, where it all began 18years ago.

Where does the money go that BodFest ‘makes’?
Putting on an event the size of BodFest is expensive so first and foremost we have to pay our bills! We use money raised to support local causes and to re-invest into future events. Anyone is welcome to attend committee meetings and to see how we operate.

Will I be able to get a refund if I can’t attend BodFest’18?
In line with other local festivals and events tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organising committee.

Why are you selling advanced tickets when you haven’t done this before?
The principal behind advanced sales is to enable us to speed up the entry process to the Festival site and to aid us with planning numbers attending which helps us plan security etc.

Can we bring our own alcohol?
Sorry this will not be possible due to our licensing. Additional bars have been sourced this year and are being run by an events specialist.

Can we bring our own soft drinks?
You can bring your own soft drinks to the event as long as they are in an original sealed plastic bottle.

Will there be enough catering this year?
Taking onboard previous feedback BodFest is using an event specialist to run the food Traders operation at BodFest’18 to ensure a good mix of food styles is available.

Can we bring our own chairs?
Yes – you can – however they will be subject to searches at the point of entry.

I have seen something about ‘free sunglasses’ – can you tell me more?
Free Sunglasses supplied one pair per ticket produced at Bodfest on the day, subject to availability. Limited supply available. Not redeemable any other time or location. No redeemable cash value.

Where can I see your terms and conditions of entry?
These will be published to our social media sites and on our website in advance of the event after we have taken further advice from our security company, our events specialist and any guidance from the police and local authorities.
