Thames Valley Police Banbury – ‘APPEAL for Witnesses following a Robbery in Banbury’

Thames Valley Police Banbury are appealing for witnesses following a robbery that took place at around 4:30pm on Monday 17th December on Sinclair Avenue.

The victim, an 11 year old boy, was walking home from school when he was approached by a group of five males. 
The group demanded he hand over his bag, before tripping him up and kicking him on the ground.

Descriptions of the offenders are as follows –

First Offender –
A white man of average build, about 18-19 years of age.
Wearing a white t-shirt with an image of a tiger on the chest surrounded by a circular ring, an unzipped black jumper or hoodie, a grey gilet, black trousers, brown boots and a smart blue watch or Fitbit.

Second Offender –
A white man with short brown hair and slim build, about 18-19 years of age.
Wearing a blue t-shirt, blue, green and orange trainers with purple laces, dark trousers and had tinted black glasses rested on his forehead. He was also holding a grey or white e-cigarette.

Third Offender –
A mixed race male of average build, about 17-18 years of age. 
Wearing a white t-shirt with text on the front.

Fourth Offender –
A short black boy, about 14-15 years of age.
