Thames Valley Police – ‘CCTV Released in Connection with Upskirting Offence, Banbury’

Thames Valley Police have released a CCTV image in connection with an upskirting offence in Banbury.

The victim, a 21-year-old woman, was shopping in Wilko, Bridge Street, Banbury at about 1:00pm on Monday 13th May 2019.
While she was shopping, a woman approached her and stated a man had just taken a photograph up the victim’s skirt.
